Tape it off!
Who knew that tape could have such a dramatic effect for your wedding? The Japanese sticky, known as washi tape, is basically like masking tape but with printed designers. It’s easy to peel and stick, cut and tear, and can be used in a multitude of ways to add a chic spot of color on your big day!
Use washi tape to make decorative mini flags to drape across dinner tables or certain areas of the reception space for a colorful detail. The tape comes in solids, stripes and prints so you can find one that’s easy to match the scheme you already have in place. Or use the tape to decorate seating cards or as an accessory at the place settings.
Whether we’re helping to assemble your centerpieces, or you’re doing them yourself, think of washi tape for jazzing up plain glass vases. Color coordinate the tape with the flowers or choose something bright and punchy to make a statement. It’s as easy as peel and stick!
