Registry for Two, Please! (Part 1 of 2)
One important facet of the big day is your wedding registry. It’s a key factor in kicking off your new life together as you seek to outfit your home with all the necessary accessories, kitchen tools, bedding and more that you might currently be missing. And if you do already have most things that you’ll require for marital bliss, then it’s perfectly acceptable to ask for monetary gifts toward larger pieces of furniture you might be hoping to acquire, honeymoon activities or in lieu of gifts donations be made to your favorite charity. If, however, you are assembling the traditional registry list, Ashelynn Manor has divided and conquered your registry list to help you get started in the right direction.
Bedding and Linens
The quintessential category of any good registry, it’s important to take stock of your bedding, linens (towels, hand towels, etc.) to see what you might be missing and what style you’re hoping to incorporate into your home. If you’re moving, will you be switching to a larger bed thus requiring all new sheets? Are your guest towels hand-me-downs that need to be replaced with a fresh set? What type of colors will you have in your master bedroom and bathrooms, to decide the right shade of linens for your home? Lastly, don’t forget to incorporate your own special touch to this area of the registry, like these gorgeous new Calligraphy sheets from Pottery Barn.
