Man’s Best Friend: Part 1 of 2
During the course of your Ashelynn Manor plans, the bride won’t be the only one with a list to check twice (can you tell it’s the holidays around here?!). The groom will also accommodate certain responsibilities as will his best man, all of which are vitally important to the big day production.
A groom and his best man’s “working relationship” will begin once your date has been booked with Ashelynn Manor. The guys will need to help out-of-town groomsmen and ushers nail down any details, like accommodations and attire or tuxedo rentals. They’ll also need to stay in contact with the male wedding party members to be sure fittings and pick-ups are all done in a timely manner, and everyone is prepared when arriving to the church. Of course, they’ll be ensuring the entire groom’s party arrives to the ceremony on time as well!
Before heading down the aisle, the best man is a rock of confidence for the groom, being certain the groom is prepared mentally and emotionally and facilitating any “quiet time” he might need alone before the wedding begins. Next he can assist in tying bowties, affixing boutonnières and straightening lapels on all the men who will be standing by the altar. Finally, it’s time to coordinate the ushers who will escort family members and guests to their seats.
